Overview

All our vans are safety-inspected and routinely serviced to give our customers peace of mind while on the road in one of our vehicles. Our Mobility Vans are equipped for passengers in wheelchairs. Some wheelchair vans are equipped with hand controls and transfer seats for persons licensed to drive with hand controls. (Call to Reserve)

Delivery and Pickup available to Sacramento and San Francisco Airports or directly to your door – call for a quote. No Smoking or Pets allowed in the vans.

Must be at least 25 years of age, possess a valid driver license, and provide proof of auto insurance that covers rental vehicles.

Important Note:If you need to extend your rental beyond the reserved dates, please let us know immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the extension if we have a van available. However, if we do not have a van available, and your van is already reserved to another customer and you do not return the van, as agreed, you will be charged for the full amount of days we lost from that rental customer. You will also be charged any fees associated with getting that customer into a van with another company.

Credit Cards are charged the full amount of the rental upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

• 1 Week Notice: Full Refund
• 3-6 Days Notice: 1/2 (half) of Full Rental Prepayment
• Less than 3 Days Notice: Forfeit of Full Rental Prepayment

Please remember the DMV requires the renter to bring their own Disabled Parking Placard
   - SacVans cannot provide you with a Disabled Parking Placard.
