Read More hve hand controls so I could drive, after all I am independent. I gave my dates to Amber the rental person and was told those dates are available. After hearing that I made my airline reservations. I was then told Oh, those dates are on the weekend so you will have to pick up on a Friday and drop off on a Monday. After being annoyed I looked into changing my airline dates and paying the change fee PLUS I now need 2 nights of lodging. I asked of they could help on easing the burden of costs and was told no, its our policy to be closed on weekends. Which is fine if I had known that up front. Anyway, annoyed yet again I was then told they could not guarantee my reservation that far out. That was the last annoyance, and I terminated any business with them. I am sure they will take your money if buying, but if you want to rent for a vacation don’t reserve 6 months out and be sure to plan you trip on weekdays because they are closed on weekends, and they can’t help you at all.     Omar contacted our company for a microwave service. He was quoted verbally and provided an email with our rates. We sent a technician out to the property in a... Read More sgn written company provided vehicle, a technician we pay to have background checked and drug tested. After diagnosing the appliance and providing feedback the customer refused to pay our quoted fee. On the first attempt in collecting this payment from him electronically he replied asking for proof of his approval so that he could forward it to the Better Business Bureau. This is disgusting way to do business. If there was a problem with any service we provided he never mentioned this, or tried a better resolution. Instead he knowingly scheduled service accepting the fact that he was never going to pay. He got what he needed and left the people who helped him in the dust. Quick tip... don't use your work email address if you are going to screw people around town. Doesn't look great for your brand! I'll never use this company based our experience and I hope other people won't either. Show Less
