disclosed. Any information you give to SacVans will be held with the
utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. A

Resale or disclosure of information to third parties:
SacVans does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal
information collected at our site, including membership forms and e-mail
lists.
Browser information collected on the web site:
SacVans analyzes our web site logs to constantly improve the value of
the materials available on our site. In the case of web site logs that
contain information that is not personally identifiable, we make no attempt
to link such information with the individuals that actually browse the site
and use the collected information for site usability analysis only.
Web site logs including personal information that you have voluntary
supplied are used to provide requested information, goods, or services
including, but not limited to, new product announcements, e-mail or U.S.
mail newsletters, personalization of the SacVans web site, and other
information that we deem to have value to web site visitors.
Privacy of our e-mail lists:
SacVans maintains several e-mail lists to keep SacVans
customers, the press, and interested members of the general public informed
about breaking events. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our
mailing lists by signing up through a form on our web site. We do not sell,
rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. In
addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the
e-mail addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorized SacVans
staff, including other list subscribers.
Opting out:
Those customers receiving e-mail messages from SacVans may opt out of
such communication. Each e-mail will include a way for you to delete your
name from our e-mail list. Submission of personal information on the
SacVans web site after exercising this opting out right may result in
reinstatement to our e-mail list.
